We strive to rescue, restore, preserve and protect these rich natural ecosystems through community building and collaboration.

Rangeland Management

For pastoralist communities like the Maasai and Samburu, rangeland provide pasture and water for livestock as well ecotourism activities. ACTNOW KENA seeks to co-implement sustainable practices for healthy rangelands and resilient communities.

Capacity building is core to our programs. We engage communities in intensive workshops and training on climate action, rangeland management, ecosystem restoration and natural resources governance. This aim to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices.
